Privacy notice

This notice covers the Keylello website and hosted application. The operating legal entity, address, applicable jurisdictions, effective date, and designated privacy contact are pending confirmation.

For company workspace data, responsibilities between Keylello and the customer will be defined in the customer agreement and data processing agreement.

Website inquiries include name, work email, company, optional technician count, and message, used to respond and arrange a demonstration. The contact form does not subscribe visitors to a marketing list.

Application data may include account details, employee directory records, requests and conversations, attachments, knowledge content, assets, software and access records, workflow activity, and usage metadata, used to operate the service and support authorized users.

Hosting, security, and monitoring services may process technical request and event information. Final collection and retention disclosures require a deployment review.

Service providers support hosting, authentication, storage, email, payment processing, monitoring, and optional AI generation. The final subprocessor list must identify contracted entities, processing purposes, locations, and transfer terms.

Website inquiries are stored in HubSpot so our team can respond and manage follow-up. Sales email notifications use Resend, and spam verification uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Inquiry submissions include the fields you provide and the form page address; this integration does not send advertising cookies or your IP address to HubSpot. Retention schedules, backup deletion, account closure and export procedures, legal bases, regional rights, and response procedures remain to be finalized. This notice does not promise an unverified deletion deadline or hosting location.
